Here is a list of challenges that we face rebuilding the Pacific Palisades.

1. Our workers are commuting multiple hours per day and then are getting traffic citations in the Palisades.
2. We are waiting exhorbitant periods of time for inspectors to show up to sites. The delays cause us to pay overtime, which increases the costs to customers.
3. Some inexperienced inspectors and personnel at both LADBS and LADWP cause inconsistencies and inefficiencies. Every time the wrong information is give to us, we have to get a more experienced inspector involved to educate them. This costs us time, which gets passed through to customers.
